We offer a 1-year warranty on all our bracelets. If your bracelet breaks or gets damaged within 1 year of your purchase, we'll replace it free of charge. Simply contact us at community@faithborn.co to start the process.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your bracelet is defective, we'll send you a replacement completely free of charge — and you'll be able to keep your original order.
Exchanges
Wrong size? Prefer a different style? Or any other reason? We're happy to help. Just contact us at community@faithborn.co to start an exchange. We'll provide the return address best suited to your location, and our team will then send you the right bracelet. Once we receive your package, we'll email you to confirm the progress of your request.
Refunds
To request a refund, contact us at community@faithborn.co. Once your request is approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 2 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
Meal contributions: Emergency Meals orders fund meals that are committed to our partners once your order is placed, so processed meal contributions are non-refundable. If anything went wrong with your order, contact us and we'll make it right.
Monthly Giving (Recurring Donations)
When you choose a monthly option, your card is automatically charged the same amount each month to keep funding meals, until you cancel.
There's no commitment — you can pause, skip, or cancel anytime in one click, from your account or from any of our emails, with no phone calls. You'll receive an email confirmation for every charge. To cancel, log in to your account or use the link in any confirmation email. Recurring contributions that have already been processed are non-refundable, as the corresponding meals have already been funded.
EU / Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer law. To exercise this right, contact us at community@faithborn.co.
